Saurav Banerjee
Saurav has been a Venture Capitalist with a leading VC firm and has over 20 years of experience in Media and Entertainment Industry. He was the former Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of a large media conglomerate. He has been on the Boards of multiple media and technology companies. Saurav’s expertise is in the areas of M&A, change management, stakeholder engagement and business strategy. He has vast experience in setting up new ventures, realigning operations, raising seed funding, equity and debt financing, financial restructuring, financial analysis and mitigating risks.
Saurav is a Chartered Accountant with training from PwC in their Global Capital Market Group. He did the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He is on the board of Welham Boys School in Dehradun.
Keyur Patel
Keyur Patel is one of the most dynamic socio-spiritual visionaries in the digital realm. Over the past 15 years he has developed the strategy for and founded half a dozen media companies. He led the turnarounds for such brands as Inktomi and Maxtor, and incubated, hatched and ran a number of successful companies including Brience, Metrius, Webvibe, Fuse+Media, PSI and Fabrik. Keyur is a Chairman and founder of Fuse Global, a $ 36 billion fund, one of Asia’s leading multi-billion media and entertainment funds focused on developing organizations that are focused on innovation, technology, media and social change holistically. He is regarded as one of the foremost digital media innovators, and one of the pioneers in investing in media in emerging markets. He is also long time TV and Film investor in media industry. Keyur has been an angel investor in several film and media projects and has executive produced Hollywood and Bollywood films over the past several years. Keyur is also author of the one of the best-selling book, “Digital Transformation”.
