Oxbridge Prospecting Training Workshop: Scale your Business

Dear Oxbridge Partners and Affiliates,
Leveraging resources so you can scale your business is an important part of growing your business. Work ON your business rather than IN your business. If you do not do this you will never achieve work and life balance.
As part of the initiatives to train new agents and to train existing Oxbridge agents Kristi West our trainings coordinator will be presenting a prospecting trial and training session to new agents that have applied to join Oxbridge. Oxbridge receives a significant number of applications from around the country to join us in real estate and finance. In this session Kristi will conduct a live training session with these applicants:
- Introduction to the company
- Prospecting Trials
- KPIs and expected results
- Career Aspirations and Mentoring Program
This session will give Oxbridge mentors an idea on how to build your own team and how to scale your own business. Session recorded.
