Oxbridge has been invited to the offices of Poly Global. Poly Global began its operations initially in Australia as Poly Australia, and since then operations have expanded into the UK and USA. Poly Global’s headquarters is in Hong Kong with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, London and Los Angeles.

At this project visit Poly is going to give Oxbridge an update of its Australian and international operations. Poly is expecting the completion of its flagship 107-metre tall Grimshaw-designed Poly Centre tower near Circular Quay (https://grimshaw.global/projects/workplace/210-george-street/). This is a great opportunity for Oxbridge members to learn about commercial sales and leasing. It has further completed its built-to-rent project at 1133 Hope Street, in Downtown Los Angeles.
Oxbridge has also secured opportunities for agents to work on Spring Square 32 Kitchener Parade, Bankstown NSW 2200, Lily Garden project at 171 Buckingham Street, Richmond, Vic 3121 and Ascot Aurora 104 Lamington Avenue, Mordant St, Ascot QLD 4007
