We will have an informal networking event where you can meet, speak and network with others interested in property development, and those working on their own projects.
Come and network with fellow property developers. Whether you are looking to do your first development, looking for your next opportunity, looking to learn from others, for people to work with, or looking to pass on some of your knowledge, please bring your questions and experience and join us.
I’m excited by some manor house and duplex projects I am working on in Newcastle under the new Complying Development Code. I’m happy to sharing more details over a drink. I’m also working on a small splitter in Newcastle, and doing some Due Diligence on some small subdivisions at present. If you are interested in teaming up in a JV, let me know.
We meet at the Parramatta RSL in the cafe area, as it is not as loud as pub/bar venues.
We will also be having some meetups in functions rooms this year with guest speakers. Details will be announced as they are confirmed.
There is lots of free parking available at the RSL, including in their multi-level car park across the road.
Feel free to order and eat a meal, or have a coffee or beer, as we share ideas.
