In this session Candice from Oxbridge Capital will explain to agents and brokers how this works. Oxbridge Capital can offer first mortgage finance starting from 5.99%. Not only do agents and brokers receive a referral fee for the finance but the securing of the finance allows the agent to obtain the exclusive sales on the project. Often the commission on these exit can be anywhere from 3.3-7.7% amounting to many million of dollars.
