Albert Edwards from AOL Real Estate, an Oxbridge member, is taking the lead in preparing and submitting a tender to Development Victoria (DV). DV aims to appoint a skilled and dependable Real Estate Agent to oversee the sale of approximately 170 apartments, with pre-sales slated to begin in Q2 of 2025. This RFP provides detailed information on the Project and sets out requirements for bidders interested in delivering these services.
