When you refer another agent or property manager to Oxbridge, you will receive 3% commission for every sale or rental that Oxbridge receives.  If they refer another property manager or sales agent, you’ll receive 2% of everything they sale or rent. If they do the same it will be 1%. This goes down 5 levels deep.  These referral fees will be for life as long as you still with Oxbridge. We will issue as Oxbridge to your account monthly.

If you terminate your agreement with Oxbridge you will all future referral income. The agents you have referred to Oxbridge will retain their rank in our affliate program.
