1. Welcome to Oxbridge

Congratulations! You have passed a rigorous process to be selected as a Territory Sales Partner with Oxbridge. We undertake a selective process to ensure the best agents are working with us. After all, we will be investing in you to help grow your business.

The first thing is to sign the electronic agreement sent to you via DocuSign. Docusign is used frequently at Oxbridge for Sales Contracts, Rental Agreements, Listing Agreements, NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), Entry notices etc. Welcome to the digital age!

DocuSign is a San Francisco–based company that provides electronic signature technology and digital transaction management services for facilitating electronic exchanges of contracts and signed documents. DocuSign’s features include authentication services, user identity management and workflow automation. Signatures processed by DocuSign are comparable to traditional signatures based on the product's compliance with the ESIGN Act as well as the European Union’s Directive 1999/93/EC on electronic signatures. In Australia, Electronic Signature has been recognized by law in Australia since 1999, with the passage of the Electronic Transactions Act. 2. E-mail Setup

Upon signing a contract with us via Docusign you should receive your welcome e-mail to Oxbridge. You need to use the username and login to log into your Gmail account. Please change your password on first login. You can access Gmail through http://www.gmail.com

  • Apple iPhone/iPads:

  • Outlook: To use Outlook on your Gmail, you have to generate a secure 2 factor authentication password or “Allow Less Secure Apps” in your accounts section so Outlook mail software can be used. You can change that here. See this article for more details.
  • Signature: Your account comes with pre-set signature. Feel free to edit it to suit your needs. It is suggested e-mails include the following disclaimer:

    "The content of this email is confidential and intended for the recipient specified in message only. It is strictly forbidden to share any part of this message with any third party, without a written consent of the sender. If you received this message by mistake, please reply to this message and follow with its deletion, so that we can ensure such a mistake does not occur in the future."

3. G-Suite

As an Oxbridge agent, you have access to a range of unlimited Google Suite products including unlimited Gmail, Calendar, Storage, Video Conferencing, Google Map etc. G Suite is a cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools, software and products developed by Google. G Suite comprises Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, and Google+ for communication; Drive for storage; Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Sites for collaboration. It also includes the digital interactive whiteboard Jamboard. We have also unlimited cloud storage, additional administrative tools and advanced settings (such as Zapier), as well as 24/7 phone and email support.

Being based in Google's data centers, data and information is saved instantly and then synchronized to other data centers for backup purposes. Unlike the free, consumer-facing services, G Suite users do not see advertisements while using the services, and information and data in G Suite accounts do not get used for advertisement purposes.

4. RPData

RP Data Professional is essential in your real estate success


RP Data Professional is the leading property data solution used by property professionals in Australia. Prepare reports, generate value estimates, verify information and conduct highly targeted marketing.
You will be invited to join Oxbridge's RP Data account by e-mail. Oxbridge subscribes to FULL NATIONAL ACCESS to RPDATA (worth $350/month individually). 5. CRM

Customer Relationship Management is Essential



The Oxbridge CRM is state of the art in the marketplace. Its features are second to none. To gain access, you need to go to our main page and click on Agents Login. You then need to enter your e-mail address and click on "forgot password". Your password will be reset. Please change your password on login. We run regular training sessions on our CRM.

The CRM also includes an App on your phone in which you can download. The App is also an inspection App

6. Realworks/REIForm and Inspect Live

REIForm is used to compile forms



As a member of the Real Estate Institute in your state Oxbridge uses REI Forms and Realworks to compile the necessary forms and contracts. Oxbridge has also subscription to Inspect Live, an app that allows you to undertake inspections for property management. Your account should already have been setup. Simply click on "Forgot Password" and reset the password on first login.

7. Homepass and Eagle Inspection App

Homepass and Eagle Inspection App are use to log details of property inspections



Oxbridge provides you with access to two Inspections apps, Eagle Inspections Homepass. Both apps are great for recording and maintaining a record of visitors to your property inspection. You should have been been invited to join Homepass. Eagles is preferred as it combines CRM and Inspection in one App. You can download Eagle Inspections on your Android and Apple devices. The login and password is the same as your CRM.

8. Marketing for Vendors and Agents

You can order marketing for your vendors and yourself through our dedicated website


Oxbridge provides you with easy to use website - Oxbridge Marketing. You can order signboards, photos, floorplans etc for your vendors or A-frame, stationery etc for yourself

Oxbridge provides you with regular free training and support

10. Printers and Paper

We have done the research to reduce your Total Cost of Ownership


Oxbridge has done the research for your printer and paper to reduce the cost of ownership. For great print quality and affordability we recommend the Brother MFC-9335CDW (available at Officeworks). Generic toners are available on eBay (4 toners for $46) or you can buy genuine Epson toners online.

Oxbridge provides you with all the software for property management



Oxbridge provides you with all the necessary software for property management - including renting as a whole property, room by room and short-term hotel rentals. Property Tree is Australia's leading Property Management and Trust Accounting software. Update247, based in Melbourne is Australia leading hotel and reservation management system.
