ChatGPT and Open AI Tool

Oxbridge has acquired its own ChatGPT OpenAI Tool. Simply click on the green icon on the bottom left to enable ChatGPT. ChatGPT is the latest AI that can be used in the real estate and mortgage brokering industry in several ways.

Here are some examples of commands that can be useful when using ChatGPT in the real estate industry:

1. Copyediting: A user can ask ChatGPT to automatic regenerate a listing description
   
   Example Command: “Generate a professional real estate listing description for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house next to the ocean in the suburb of Coomera on the northern Gold Coast”
   
   
2. Property search: A user can ask ChatGPT to search for properties based on specific criteria such as location, price range, number of bedrooms, etc.
   
   Example command: “Find me properties in Sydney with a price range of $800,000 to $1,200,000 and at least 3 bedrooms.”
   
   
3. Home valuation: A user can ask ChatGPT to provide a rough estimate of the value of a property based on its location, size, and other factors.
   
   Example command: “What is the estimated value of a 500m2 home in Brisbane with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms?”
   
   
4. Loan pre-approval: A user can ask ChatGPT to guide them through the pre-approval process and provide information on different loan options, requirements, and terms.
   
   Example command: “I’m interested in getting pre-approved for a mortgage. Can you help me understand the process and what I need to do?”
   
   
5. Real estate market analysis: A user can ask ChatGPT to provide insights on the real estate market in a specific location, including average prices, trends, and predictions.
   
   Example command: “What is the current state of the real estate market in New York City and what are the trends for the future?”
   
   
6. Legal document generation: A user can ask ChatGPT to generate legal documents such as contracts, purchase agreements, and mortgage disclosures based on specific criteria and information provided by the user.
