Cancellation of CTs and 100% eConveyancing webinar

Dear Oxbridge Parters and Affiliates,

Please see the invite below from the NSW Registrar General

Cancellation of CTs and 100% eConveyancing webinar

Date: 7 Sep 2021 1pm to 2pm

On 11 October 2021, new changes to the land titles system in NSW will be introduced that will transition NSW away from paper-based processes.

There are two significant changes from 11 October 2021:

  • the cancellation of Certificates of Title (CTs) and the control of the right to deal (CoRD) framework; and
  • all land dealings must be lodged electronically. This is referred to as ‘100% eConveyancing’.

We are hosting a webinar on Tuesday 7 September 2021 to explain these changes and what it means for you, with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

How to join the webinar

  • You can join the webinar at https://app.sli.do/event/s3cypkjg
  • Please note you will need to provide your name and email address to join.
