We have the pleasure of inviting our national account managers from Domain.com.au to give us a run down on Domain’s offering for projects. Quite a lot of our members have now taken out their own subscriptions for REA and Domain, which allows better control of your own branding in the marketplace. Domain will use this session to explain Domain’s project offering which includes both digital and print media (the largest presence in Australia) – and why this is far superior and more affordable compared to REA’s offering. Projects is a huge part of Oxbridge’s offering. For those that are new to projects, this session is a must attend. Projects offer significantly more commission and often less work than residential sales. The commission are often 5%-20% (versus 1-4% in residential) and often there are no opens, pre-prepared contract, remote selling and opportunity for national and international travel. You will hear directly from the developer and top agents who have excelled in projects and have built fantastic businesses and lifestyle through selling Australian and International projects.
