| Nick Jenkins is Head of Debt Services at Equifax covering Portfolio Management through to Collections and Recoveries. Nick has over twenty-five years of financial services experience, with senior leadership roles across Collections, Sales, Originations/Underwriting and Regulatory Compliance. Nick was responsible for large collections operations for over eight years including the Head of Collections for Australia & New Zealand. Nick has great experience in strategic and operational processes, people management, relationship management and transformation strategy and execution. Utilising Bureau data to gain actionable insights and sustainable solutions has always been key to success. |
