GW & Kooringal Homes Invitation – Selling House and Land Packages

We have been invited by Andrew Williams, founder and director of GW Homes (https://gwhomes.com.au/) and Kooringal Homes (https://kooringalhomes.com.au/) accompanies by Wayne and Thomas (sales managers) to introduce their building company. As always generous commission are offered. Oxbridge has currently negotiated the commission to be $38,500 per build sale. As always extra commission is also paid on the land sale, often 3.3%-7.7% of the sales price of the land. For example, a land sold for $450,000 and a GW house would attract a commission of 450,000 x 5.5% + $38,5000 = $63,250 PER SALE. House and Land sales are therefore one of the most lucrative commission sales in projects.
