Please note this event is complimentary (unlimited food, alcohol and drinks) for agents and buyers courtesy of Colliers and Lend Lease.
The commission is a whopping 13.8% (8.8% Commission plus 5% incentives) + $6,350 (Non FIRB clients). Clients enjoy free stamp duty if purchased before 30th June, 2022. For example an typical 2 bedroom apartment of $750,000 will have a very generous commission of $109,850. We have over 20 to sell.
