Oxbridge Live Business Listing and Sales Training

Quite a few agents have requested training on listing businesses for sale. Oxbridge has had fantastic results this year for business sales including the sale of petrol stations, childcare centres, coffee shops and entertainment venues etc. Business Sales over quite a few advantages over traditional real estate sales. They are often much higher commission (from 5.5%-11% on sales price of the business), they do not have any open for inspections and often the process of selling a business is much much easier. As such, Oxbridge is running live training on business sales on one of our current business listing.
