Many of our Oxbridge members have begun the journey into selling projects. This is phenomenal to see. Project sales is an excellent way to build a great real estate or finance business. Project sales offer a few advantages:
- Much much higher sales commission – ranging from 3%-15%+
- Multiple listings at once – not just one listing/one client
- No need to obtain the listing – Oxbridge has done it for you
- Sell interstate and internationally without the need to obtain the license in that country or state
- No need to upload listings, obtain upfront marketing etc. – Oxbridge has done it for you
- Less emotional and often much quicker payment terms (often split)
- Ability to build channels and agent partners
- Offers multiple incomes, e.g. Mortgage broking
