Kristin Monckton joined Oxbridge in HR in 2021. Since moving into sales and obtaining her license in a month in December 2021 Kristin has listed several properties and has already sold 3 in the last month – earning the equivalent of a full year’s salary in a month. In this training session Kristin is going through the basics of residential sales from prospecting to listing to sales and contracts. Being a new agent and a young mum Kristin would also like to share her experiences in being a new agent and juggling between family and professional life.
