Oxbridge members have been invited by the developers of Astrid Castle Hill in Sydney (https://astridcastlehill.com.au/). We have been offered over 94 apartments (over 60 left) to sell, each at very generous commissions, 4-5X residential sales commissions.

CBD Core has been building some of the Hills District’s best apartment projects over the last two decades. Their most recently completed project, Oriel, was in fact the first apartment building in the new Showground Station Precinct to be approved. The developer sold out during the COVID-hit, stop-start year back in 2020. Now the developer and their team have launched their latest project, Astrid, located just behind Oriel. Astrid will comprise 94 one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed by Zhinar Architects, with prices ranging from $605,000 to $1.96 million.
