The commission on these projects are 5.5% and with generous Oxbridge splits of 90%-95% there is significant commission to be made on these projects.

Azzura Investments are taking the master plan for its $3 billion Imperial Square mega development at Southport to the next stage, lodging a development application for a 40-level mixed-use tower that will include an exclusive vertical village for retirees.

Imperial Square is a Gold Coast empire in the making. The accommodation and commercial complex will be built over four stages to capture the tourism market. Stage One (sold out) will comprise of 225 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and two 4 bedroom penthouses.

Stage Two will boast a 40 level tower. Stage Three will see the development of one of the tallest towers in the world, comprising 108 levels. Stage Four will complete Imperial Square with a 68 level tower. All four towers will be vertically integrated.

Further, Azzura Square will grow in a prime location in the heart of the South Hedland CBD, WA. It will consist of three residential towers, offering a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment designs, with the residences supported by boutique retail and a major shopping complex.


Projects remain a huge part of Oxbridge’s domestic and international offering and many Oxbridge members have done tremendously well through selling exclusively projects. For those that are new to projects, this session is a must attend. Projects offer significantly more commission and often less work than residential sales but you MUST learn how this is done well. The key to building a strong project sales team is networking and connection, both domestically and internationally.
