Oxbridge is pleased to launch Oxbridge Digital Agency – Oxbridge’s own Digital Marketing & Lead Generation service and company. Oxbridge has engaged numerous external social media and lead generation companies and the results have been mixed. Oxbridge is bringing the social media, leads prospecting, content generation, website design in-house so it can maintain quality and better serve its members. Social media and lead generation also creates a great opportunity for Oxbridge to increase its level of project marketing sales.
The Agency’s aim is to provide the following:
- Lead generation – Oxbridge is uniquely posited in the market with 2 globally protected patents (see http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov.au/ols/auspat/applicationDetails.do?applicationNo=2019100183 (For Sale/Rent By Owners) and http://pericles.ipaustralia.gov.au/ols/auspat/applicationDetails.do?applicationNo=2020100805 (7Ds of Real Estate and Finance). VERY FEW real estate agencies or financial brokerages globally have patents. Oxbridge holds a huge number of leads on For Sale By Owner/For Rent By Owner (including Gumtree, Flatmates, Zillow etc) in the country plus a list of every DA, Deaths, Debt etc (see the 7Ds of prospecting). Oxbridge will be utilising these better with in house prospecting for the benefits of our members
- Social Media Management for lead generation and sales – Oxbridge will offer a full suite of services to manage agent’s and broker’s social media. Often this includes no upfront costs but a split on the settlement of a property. This includes daily/weekly posts and social media engagements
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Marketing Collateral, Brochure and Information Memorandum Design
- Database Marketing, SMS, Google Driving Map, Telemarketing and Mail Marketing
The session will introduce the basics of SEO and Canva. Canva is undoubtedly one of the leaders in user-friendly graphic design.
