[Training] Fund Raising from Sophisticated/Retail Investors and Projects
- June 2, 2023
Dear Oxbridge Partner and Affiliates,
We have been engaged by a major commercial/industrial developer to raise $500 million dollars over the next 5 years. The directors of the developer will be joining us for the training session. Again generous commission is available. This is a great opportunity for members who would like to learn and get involved in private finance capital raising and project sales domestically and globally. Oxbridge Capital prefers to raise money from qualified sophisticated investors, as defined in section 708 of the Corporations Act but can also raise money from the retail market using an AFSL (Australian Financial Service License).
Time and Date: Friday 9th June, 2023 12.30pm AEST (10.30am WA, 12pm SA/NT, 2.30am; Central European Time 8.30pm Thursday US West Coast; 10.30pm New York Time)
Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/6806901300
Questions such as these will be answered:
- What is the 2/20/12 rule?
- What is a Sophisticated Investor?
- Can a self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) be sophisticated?
Once funding is raised the benefit of being a funder is we exercise greater control on the exit of the development. Project sales, unlike residential sales is often much higher commission (2-3% versus 5-15% for project sales), often less work (no opens, signboards, A Frames etc), and often a passive income (sales is often undertaken by internal staffs of the developer). Join us to find out more!
