Oxbridge has started the 2022/2023 financial year on a fantastic note with a large number of projects being sold. A special mention goes to Mani Chatapuram, Matthew Gordon and Manik Sharma who between them recently sold 2 projects at the Melbourne Quarter (see https://agents.oxbridge.com.au/event/melbourne-quarter-display-cocktail-party-and-investment-seminar/?instance_id=4963). This project has a whopping commission of 13.8% (including the 5.5%) rebate (commission between $75K-$220K for each apartment).
We also like to congratulate John Lawler for selling 10 project house and land packages in the last 10 days – an absolutely astounding achievement. Further Leo Vollmerhause has sold 2 recent projects this month (another one in Hope Island) Mani and Leo have never sold projects before and with Oxbridge’s training and lead generation system have smashed some excellent professional and personal goals.
