Dr Andrew Wilson
Dr Wilson provides comprehensive property market intelligence to industry, investor groups and the wider community.
He is a highly-regarded and prolific housing market speaker, a keynote presenter for the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) and an appointed housing market expert and adviser to the Federal Government funded Australian Urban Research Infrastructure Network.
Dr Wilson holds a PhD and Masters by Research each in Housing Market Economics together with graduate qualifications in Econometrics and Construction Economics.
Dr Wilson’s experience spans senior property and construction economist and research positions within industry, academia and government. He has published research in various academic journals and industry publications, covering a wide range of residential property and construction issues.
Dr Wilson is also one of Australia’s highest profile property market commentators appearing regularly through a broad spectrum of TV, print, radio and online media.

Michael Sheargold
My entire life I’ve been fascinated by the idea of “what’s possible” and I’ve been on my own immersion of learning for decades – Uncovering, testing new ideas and being curious about personal and business performance. It’s always been really important to me to be in the learning space – or what I call the transformation space. From the age of 18 I was inquisitive and eager to know more about human nature and motivation. What was the key or the keys to success! So I set on a mission to learn from the best and did years of learning. In fact I’m still learning. Over two decades later I’m honoured to have worked and coached some of the leading Principals and Agents and Property Managers in the industry.
Adam Barclay
Adam is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Gallery Group. Adam has over 20 years’ experience in property development and property investing. Adam founded the Gallery Group in 2011 and has built the business to become a highly successful, vertically integrated property development and investment management group, employing a large team of property and investment professionals throughout Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Adam has been instrumental in acquiring a property development pipeline in excess of $300mil. Prior to founding the Gallery Group, Adam was Managing Director of Oliver Hume Real Estate Group (QLD). Adam is a Director of Gallery Securities and member of the Gallery Securities Investment Committee.
