Oxbridge Finance: Loan Admin Mentoring Program

Dear Oxbridge Members and Affiliates,
At Oxbridge Finance & outsource Financial we recognise that it is important for support staff to have the right start in the industry. As a result, we have designed this short program to provide new to industry admin and loan processing staff access to the right information, the best practices and skills to help them add value to your business faster. The national program will commence on Wednesday 20 April and run for 2 hours a week for 5 weeks over Zoom, covering the following topics:
1. Compliance Fundamentals
2. ioutsource Basic Software Training
3. Successful Loan Submissions
4. How to Add Value Without Overstepping Your Role
5. Bring Efficiency to the Business –Templating and Tasks
SESSION OUTLINE REGISTRATION FORM A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: Attendance will be mandatory if accepted into the program (all the dates and times are on the attached program) and if they miss a session, they will be removed from the program. Video and audio capability are required so please ensure you have provided them access to the technology to fully participate in this program. If the program demand is high, additional courses will be run throughout the year. The program is designed for new to industry loan processing staff so it is fundamentals.
