Oxbridge Training Program: Mentors - Scale Your Business

Dear Oxbridge Partners and Affiliates,

Oxbridge receives a large number of applications every month from new and experienced agents/brokers to join Oxbridge. Further many agents and brokers within Oxbridge have requested a structured training program from Oxbridge so that they can further enhance their own existing business or develop into another area of business (e.g. project sales or business sales).  Oxbridge recognises the need for these applicants (and our own agents and brokers) to undertake a structured training program.

As such Oxbridge is launching a new initiative to train new and experienced agents on a structured mentoring program. These training programs are designed to:

  1. Give new agents a platform to start their career
  2. Train existing Oxbridge agents, for example in a new field of real estate such as business or project sales or private finance etc)
  3. Build a greater and tighter Oxbridge community
  4. Allow our mentors to earn significantly greater income by building a team  – leverage others to help you scale your business
  5. Helping other agents to obtain their FULL LICENSE

Oxbridge is looking for mentors to lead these program in the different states. Mentors would be able to obtain significant resources (e.g. Tom Panos’ Real Estate Gym, access to training events, training spaces etc) and advantages not available to usual Oxbridge members. It is expected mentors should have a full license, be a full member of Oxbridge and have solid experience in the field they are mentoring.
