STH BNK By Beulah is not only the most ambitious project from Beulah; it is one of the most ambitious ever undertaken in Australia. Following unanimous backing from the City of Melbourne’s Future Melbourne Committee in March, the Victorian State Government has officially given the green light to this $2 billion project — set to become Australia’s tallest tower and revitalise Southbank for present and future generations. This truly transformative project will serve a range of functions, from residential to retail and commercial — all to enrich the civic life of Melbourne through extensive programs of inspiring cultural innovation.

STH BNK By Beulah is a project of an unprecedented scale for Melbourne, drawing together leading figures in international design and placemaking to create a world-class, multi-use development that sets a benchmark in liveable city design.

Due to become Australia’s tallest building, STH BNK By Beulah will be a stunning sculptural form composed of two towers, both with a twisting geometric glass façade and terracing, and featuring pocket parks and green spaces up to a publicly accessible botanic garden atop the 365m-high tower.

Envisioned as both a vertical village and a mini-metropolis, STH BNK By Beulah is a multi-faceted and pedestrian-friendly destination of 270,000sqm with a strong emphasis on placemaking. Set among its twin towers and activated podium will be four distinct collections of private residences, a hotel, commercial offices, a conference and entertainment centre, a children’s daycare centre, a world-class integrated health and wellness precinct, experiential retail spaces and 6,000sqm of green park spaces running throughout the entire project.
