2 Day Express Full License QLD Course for Mutual Recognition and AMR

Oxbridge is enforcing full license requirements (especially for agents wishing to undertake property management under a 90/10 model) or a sales registration signed off on a statutory declaration that conforms to FairWorks and Fair Trading (or relevant statutory body) legislation in your state by 31st January, 2023.
Oxbridge is holding a 2 day intensive training session for the full QLD license course. QLD is the ONLY state that does not require experience, public advertising or principal signoff to obtain the full license. Once the full license in QLD is obtained you can then do a mutual recognition into your home state. The current qualification and experience requirements for all states is below. The problem often is not the experience itself, but finding a principal that is willing to sign off on your experience.

Once the full license in QLD is obtained you are then able to mutually recognised to your home state. If your home state is part of the Automatic Mutual Recognition (see https://www.consumer.vic.gov.au/licensing-and-registration/automatic-mutual-recognition) then you can register yourself as a fully licensed agent in another state without paying additional fees. This is particularly useful if you want to sell in our many projects across different states in Australia.
