Oxbridge has had a long association with Kokoda Properties. We have been invited to their end of year celebration and to launch a new project, exclusively for top performing channel agents. We will also try to hold a live Zoom session for those interstate or those that cannot make it on the night. If you are interstate you can also sell in QLD/other states if you have a full license and have undergone the mutual recognition. Project Sales are usually phenomenally better commissions (some commissions are just insane at the moment) and you do not have to cold/call or prospect for the listing.
