About Vickie Saunders, Founder, TOBi
Vickie prefers to carve out a path rather than walk the beaten one. Over the last decade, she’s launched and grown several successful businesses while staying true to herself, her values, and her passions.
Having cut her teeth in bid writing and marketing, she launched a consulting and education firm that supports athletes and sports organisations in their quest for greater visibility, marketability and commercial value. Her unique approach meant that she was (and is) in hot demand from sports organisations all around the globe, sending her (and her books) off on many adventures. From speaking at a More Sport, Less Guns conference in the tiny island of Trinidad & Tobago to the APEC Conference for Sport and Peace in Tawain. Vickie enjoys working with organisations like the USA Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Sport England, the Australian Institute of Sport, ASICS and Deloitte Singapore (to name a few).
Transferring her knowledge, experience and unique IP, Vickie launched TOBi, a team and leadership development program for businesses. In her own words, ‘it’s going great guns!’. She helps leaders and teams identify, communicate, and action their professional style to bring their real selves to the office, connect better with colleagues and clients, and align their vision to the organisation’s mission.
